Non-emergency patient transportation
Non-Emergency Transportation is provided by UNHS to individuals of our community who are in need of transit assistance. Our transportation service provides more assistance than a taxi service, as we are equipped to aid those riders who are elderly, in wheelchairs, stretchers or those with other special needs to their preventative care, rather than waiting for a serious health condition to arise.
Such services remove the transportation barriers, prevent missed medical appointments, decrease the impact of chronic disease and save substantial healthcare funding.

Women & Children’s Shelter
The trained RNs work at the Montezuma Creek and Blanding sites, but are willing to go to any UNHS site and your exam can be scheduled within a 5 day time frame.
