Meet Our Team

Dr. Niedermeyer
The hooves half of Hooves and Hands, Dr. Niedermeyer, is a large animal veterinarian treating all hooved animals, including sheep, horses, cows, goats, and pigs. She provides both routine and sick/urgent care. Dr. Niedermeyer cares for hooved animals at all life stages, from ultrasound pregnancy checks and help with complicated births, to routine adult care and production recommendations for herds, as well as the care of aging animals and, ultimately, with end of life decisions. She can provide health certificates and Coggins for interstate travel, as well as perform sedated dental floats for your horses’ teeth. When she’s not seeing four-legged patients, Dr. Niedermeyer is helping her husband with his two-legged patients as his medical assistant.

Dr. Reale
Dr. Reale, the hands half of Hooves and Hands, is a family doctor who cares for people at all stages of life, from infancy through old age. While he prefers to help people keep from getting sick in the first place, Dr. Reale provides a full spectrum of wellness and sick care, just like you would get from your primary care provider at the office, in the comfort and privacy of your own home. From sports physicals for kids to the management of chronic conditions like diabetes, Dr. Reale enjoys working with people of all ages on a variety of issues. He also sees patients in the office for anything too complicated to do at home. When he’s not seeing two-legged patients, Dr. Reale is helping his wife with her four-legged patients as her veterinary assistant.
